Our dream is to provide a wheelchair accessible vehicle for improving the quality of life of an increasing number of folk who quite simply “ need to get out more”                

Join us for  ARK IN THE PARK  in the Maison des Pères  LORGUES, and help make that dream come true

12 Noon Family service with Fr Ken Letts Archdeacon of France Buffet Lunch( 10 euro ) at 1.30 pm and Auction and raffle with British Consul Simon Taylor at 3.00pm  with many exciting things on offer.

ARK in the PARK  Monday  28th Sept

You are welcome to come to  any part of it

Ark Pastoral Care is a Christian based initiative to help support the English speaking community in the Var. Much of its work is amongst the more senior members of  the ex-patriot community.  Isolation and mobility are increasing problems and we are seeking to fund a disabled access vehicle to help get  some of the less mobile people out of their homes to experience a more normal life.  Will you help us meet this challenge by contributing towards  such a vehicle and supporting ARK in the PARK and joining the CREW

Programme for the day is as follows:

12.00     L’Oasis  Fellowship Lorgues     

Family Communion in the chapel with Fr Ken Letts  Archdeacon of France.

 1.00     Apéritif                                                                                                        

1.30      Lunch  (buffet  10 euro )   all contributions welcome                                                                                  

3.00     Auction   and   raffle,  Motor Scooter, weekend for 2 in Chateau de Berne, championship snooker table, Boat trip with Lyndsey Phillips and picnic lunch and more to come!

The Maison des Pères, is about 500 meters North-East of Lorgues town centre (The recommended approach is from the roundabout on the D562 (Carcès - Draguignan) road; go up the hill by the stadium to a little roundabout where you take the left (third) exit, signpost "Centre Ville". Maison des Pères is about 150 meters down this road, on the left  in  Rue St Honorat.
